In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within 14 days (exclusions apply below) in its original, saleable condition (including tags and packaging/gift box if relevant) with a note stating the reason for sending it back along with your name, address and order number. Failure to include this information may result in a delay in your refund being processed. If items are returned outside of our 14 day policy then a credit note may be offered. Items returned outside of our 14 day returns policy and that have now been reduced in our sale, the sale value may be offered as a credit note.
You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). The cost of returning any item is your responsibility. You will be refunded the full value of the item, less delivery charge plus a £2 admin fee.
Clearance and Sale items are exchange only, including those purchased with a Black Friday or discount code (over 15% off).
Swimwear, hats and Babidu vests are non returnable for hygiene reasons.
A £2 admin fee will be deducted from the amount refunded on all returns and cancelled orders to cover costs for this.
If order qualifies for free delivery but full order is returned refund will be less £3.99 delivery cost.
For exchanges additional postage costs may be incurred and items not collected from the post office and returned to sender will not be refundable.
Please ensure that your purchase does not come into contact with anything that may mark or damage it, such as drinks, food or cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Please allow 10 working days from when the product has been received by us to process a refund. Your refund will be credited to the same account or card with which you made your original purchase.
